Chef Maurizio Mascioli

I started out as a contractor. In 2018 I brought home the Gold Cup Master Chef title from Romania.

In 2017 the Federation invited me to compete, and I won first place in Canada. I'm also a Galbani Cheese Ambassador.

Food just tastes better when you share it. Pull up a chair and stay a while.

Sandra Porretta is my wife and business manager. Together with Stephanie and Daniel, we lean on faith, hard work and community.
